If $30 is too expensive, then consider covering the courier charges and I’ll send it to you. Worst case is that a rural delivery will set me back by ~$20.

Got a call at 3am from our alarm company to inform me that our refrigeration plant was down (a potential insurance thing). I made the executive decision to not deal with it then.

5 hours later I found the usual restart process did not work. Called the fridgies and was mightily relieved to learn that a sensor lead was damp and had come loose for an inexpensive repair.

Chilled and packaged our #GingerBeerSoda and got away by 4pm.

Not a bad day, all in all.

Here’s something you don’t see every day: a mound of #turmeric being uncovered as the kettle is emptied of hot soda. Off to bed shortly…
