"Red Rock Golden Ginger Ale", found at Publix
This one almost made me do a spit-take when I first tried it! I had just gotten done walking around the Everglades, so I was hot and tired. Then, when I took a sip, it turned out to be the spiciest ginger beer I've tried so far. Not recommended after strenuous activity, but it's pretty good just about any other time. It could stand to be a little sweeter, though... 👍

Not bad. I was hoping for more spice than it has. In fact, it's very, very sweet. It might be for somebody, but it's not for me. Still, it would work in a pinch if there was nothing else around 👍

This one took me by surprise a little bit. It's sweet and spicy (like a good ginger beer should be), but there's also an earthy, rooty flavor that I really enjoy. It reminds me of my grandma's house after she harvested her garden and started canning stuff. I'll definitely get this one again if I can. In fact, I may have found a new favorite 👍👍

This is my current go-to. It's got decent flavor and decent spice. It doesn't hurt that it's readily available and somewhat affordable. It might not be as good as Sioux City, but it's still pretty good. Definitely worth a try. 7/10 ginger... roots? Cloves? Whatever 👍

"Barritts Bermuda Stone Ginger Beer"
Honestly, I'm not sure how much ginger is actually in this one... The best thing I can say about it is that it tastes like the brown Bottle Caps candies, and those are the worst ones. There's no kick to be found here. I'm definitely avoiding this one in the future if possible 👎

I haven't been drinking any beer lately, so I've been drinking ginger beer (and ale). I've been looking for one I like and, in the process, I've tried several different kinds. I thought I'd post my thoughts here. Microblogging at its finest
I'll start with a good one: I've really enjoyed this local-ish brand, Sioux City. It has a sweet start and a spicy finish. It manages to maintain a very well-struck balance between the two. I'll be getting this one again, for sure! 👍👍

I rarely drink pop any more but if I'm visiting my brother in North Bay I always pick up a 6-psck of Temagami Dry. Lots of local soda pop companies popped up across Canada in the early 1900s and Ginger Ale varieties were popular products. Temagami Dry was a favourite drink for us when we spent summers on a cousin's farm (near Trout Creek) and later when my brother moved north.#GingerAle - Canada’s contribution to the pop world.

Non per scelta o necessità, è che proprio l '#alcool mi dà fastidio al palato.
Negli anni ho visto i bar affiancare alle solite, noiose e commerciali bevande zuccherate anche qualcosa di più come bibite artigianali (esistono cole buone!) o #GingerAle/Beer.
Recentemente ho scoperto le meraviglie dell' #acquatonica (attualmente sono in fase Fever Tree).
E da un paio di anni, i distillati analcolici.

Das hier ist das mit Abstand allerbeste Ginger Ale: Elephant House Ginger Beer, kurz EGB aus Sri Lanka. Keines ist schärfer und intensiver.
Nur leider bekommt man es hierzulande überhaupt nicht (nur per teurer Luftfracht). Sehr schade.
Wenn jemand eine günstige Quelle in Deutsch dafür hat, wäre ich über Infos sehr dankbar!
