Shortcrust pastry, lemon chocolate, gin and tonic jelly, candied lemons.

This pie is completely absurd - I love it.

I spent quite a lot of time thinking about making this while I couldn't cook, so I'm pleased with how it turned out - it's transparent, wobbly, ridiculous and joyful.
