Revenir en arrière est impossible dans l'existence.

I remember well day trip to resplendently green Bcharri, in my Fatherland, to visit #poet -philosopher, #Gibran Khalil Gibran's modest home & #museum.
It was an old monastery where he spoke of retiring. In a Spartan cave-like room was his tomb & #words on the epitaph read:
'I am alive like you…Close your eyes & look around, you will see me in front of you.'
Then, stepping outside, opening my eyes, widely, seeing the mountains alive with #poetry.
