Got a free rotisserie chicken and 1/2 gallon of milk at #GiantFood today because of points. You gotta love grocery store points. I think I must have racked them up last week with 2x point items. Those are always a nice surprise because I don't go out of my way looking for those.

Of course, if I were to buy a rotisserie chicken, I'd go to Costco. $5 for a 5 lb bird. At regular grocery stores, the birds are around 3.3 to 3.5 lbs and they cost more.

I had points about to expire for #GiantFood, so I used them to get frozen pancakes. This is something I never would buy because pancakes, it's easy to make them, you know? But I didn't want my points to go to waste.

You know what? Frozen pancakes are pretty good. They freeze very well, and nuking them in the microwave works great.

I ate a free jelly donut from #GiantFood thanks to a coupon they have this week. I will never turn down a free donut. And even though things are pretty shitty right now with our so called "government" and I'm walking around seething every day, whenever I eat a donut, for those few minutes, I feel happy! Don't underestimate the power of a donut.

The thing with grocery store rotisserie chicken--you never know what you're going to get. Sometime, it's incredibly flavorful, and other times--like today--it tastes like it had no seasoning whatsoever. Not even salt and pepper!

I don't get it. It's like it depends on who prepared it that day. I would think they have a set procedure, but maybe someone was lazy and didn't do anything other than throwing it in the oven.

I got these 7 oz Sanders gourmet Bourbon Dark Chocolate sea salt caramels at #GiantFood for only 71 cents because they were discontinued! Normally, they are like 7 bucks.

There were two left and I was tempted to take both, but I thought I shouldn't be greedy and let someone else have a treat.

It really irritates me when a website errors out. It means that your IT department sucks and can't properly run it.

I was trying to redeem some points from #GiantFood because they expire tomorrow. But it kept giving me an error. Then, after several times, it deducted 100 points from my total with no offer redeemed.

This isn't the first time their website has screwed up, although admittedly, the first time, it was in my favor as it kept giving me points, LOL.

I went to #GiantFood and bought 3.2 lb package of bone in pork chops, a garlic head, a donut, a salad crunchy bacon toppings thing, and a can of creamed corn for $2.18.

Yeah, I love it when I have all of these digital coupons!

The salad toppings thing is the only thing I normally wouldn't buy, but it was free with the coupon.
