I've done something unforeseen: I've ordered MORE metal #miniatures.

OK, not really unforeseen. I wanted these miniatures before but needed to buy better miniature storage/transport first.

I ordered from #CrookedDiceMiniatures, who have a bunch of the #OtherworldMiniatures sculpts. I got the Otherworld #Ghouls (naked) and #Ghasts (clothed).

I also got a #skeleton warrior and Crooked Dice's new "Meddling Kids" 5-pack.

Party beat two #ghasts and freed an elven woman trapped in an iron maiden in the #ghoul warren. She was the presumed-dead fiancee of the PC rogue. They left the warren and questioned her. That led to suspicion she was undead passing as alive. (She was.) She tried to flee and was prevented, then destroyed. She did not at any point attack them or lie to them.

Tragic session.

In #Pathfinder1e, ghoul/ghast paralysis lasts 1d4+1 rounds.

In #Pathfinder2e, ghoul/ghast paralysis lasts until a creature saves against its DC, but the DC decreases every round while paralysis persists.

For my #P1e #Ustalav game, I'm thinking about adding the #P2e save-every-round mechanic. Paralysis would still be 1d4+1 rounds, but with an early exit saving throw each round with a diminishing DC. This would allow a chance for a player to be back to playing faster.
