  1. The Step You Keep Almost Taking

You know what the next move is. You've written it down. You've seen it across your journal entries. You keep almost making it. This isn't about fear or laziness. It's about waiting for readiness that only ever comes through the step itself. So make the step smaller.

  8. Started the morning with a great reminder of the power of breaks (and sleep!) when you’re stuck: yesterday, I received a completely baffling set of instructions from a manager, along with a nearly impenetrable example document. It was late in the day and he said to finish it tomorrow, so after staring at it for 30 minutes and getting nowhere I shut down for the day.

I woke up this morning and before I even got out of bed, I knew exactly what he was asking for and how to do it. #GettingUnstuck
