  1. I walked up and down my back steps 20 times then came in and did some abdominal exercise that respiratory therapist did with me yesterday. She wore my butt out yesterday. On top of the abdominal exercises, I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the bike, and 10 on the stair stepper. I was actually a little weak and sore to do the stair stepper, but I'm bound and determined to build myself up. That's why I did as much as I could today.
