    If a #website doesn't function properly, is there a quick way of sending a #message to the IT department over #HTTP that they are guaranteed to see? Possibly in the #GetRequest?

    So the #ITAdministrator, because of the type of software they tend to use, will generally capture and read it?

    Using #Whois and writing an #email seems so formal (and needlessly identifying).

    Does HTTP have an #ALERT?

    We know there's PUT? How to make the browser do a PUT though? We understand that servers ignore PUT.
