We Can't Be Stopped
2026 U.S. 2xLP reissueThirteen year old me is very pleased!
I had no idea that they had reissued this. I was at the mall with my son and saw it inside of a “record store” there (it’s actually a toy and t-shirt store more than anything else), and had to get it.
This was one of the first two rap tapes that I bought with my own money as a kid (the other being Public Enemy’s Apocalypse ‘91), and I have a great sentimental value attached to it, AND Geto Boys in general.
“Mind Playing Tricks On Me” is an all-time jam. That funky little guitar lick in it brings back such vivid memories.
“The Other Level” is just as great.This needed to be part of my vinyl library. You can’t tell the story of my life’s musical journey without it.
