Sure, if you want to learn those things, it can help you drive more efficiently and effectively. But it’s not required.
That’s why it always makes me scratch my head when someone says they “can’t imagine” how our strategies work.

It just works, whether you understand it or not.
You don’t have to understand how the internal combustion engine of a car works in order to get somewhere. You get in, press the accelerator pedal, and just go.
You don’t have to understand physics, chemistry, or engineering.
You don’t have to know the proper fuel-air mixture, the timing of the spark plugs, or the torque output of the engine.
