#merz #Gesamtkunstwerk

At the weekend May 30/31 2026 the participative artistic #shelter construction site at the project farm "Ecosphere" near Rietberg is happening again! You may join us and become a part of the "#Gesamtkunstwerk", building a shelter that is free to use on #bike- and #hike tours.

All information about the construction site and the master's project "Common Shelter" is here: https://shelter.apgw.de/?lang=en#master

Works to do: Dissassemble gifted EPAL pallettes and get good ground laths from it through planing. Reuse other laths for the roof.

Another interesting aspect is how nature evolved while we were not there... Is there a mice living in the wood storage or where does the ant street lead them?

Honored to see my work as part of this #Gesamtkunstwerk at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam

❝The term gesamtkunstwerk originated in Germany in the early 19th century. It can be used for all kinds of work: buildings, operas, but also for a partly physical and partly virtual collaborative project, such as The Palace of Typographic Masonry initiated by Richard Niessen.❞
