I like this idea but will ask how the authors imagine they are avoiding racial disparities dividing by age, when #USian #HealthCare is so #racist that older age brackets will tend strongly white 😒
Not unwilling to try an experiment to test that hypothesis tho. #Gerrymandering is so hellish, and the #Gerentocracy so entrenched now, it would probably be an improvement
