#Russia opposition “Volya” channel reports an interesting statement by #Gerasimov, who, for no apparent reason, announced the “liberation” of Liman, Svyatogorsk, Borova, etc. Everything marked in brown is progress entirely made up by Russians.

“Volya” author breaks these developments down piece by piece in a very very nerdy manner, so I refer readers to the full post if you’re interested https://t.me/volyamedia/2020 The tone of the analysis is quite sarcastic (eg “in Borova itself, a Russian soldier last set foot there in October 2022”).

The key takeaway is that the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation has decided to go alternative reality all the way… These reports simply have nothing to do with what is objectively observable on the front line, not even close.
