But he saved his greatest ire for Judge Jeffrey Brown, the Trump appointee who wrote the ruling scrapping the new Texas map. There were 360 mentions of Brown's name and he was referred to as an "unskilled magician" who "prefers living in fantasyland" and "no stranger to inconsistency."
