🤔 Are Canadians feeling overburdened by the country's unbalanced distribution of wealth, the disconnect of our politicians with the problems of real folk, climate deregulations, and news about geopolitics leading to WWIII; thus mentally shutting down, turning off, and tuning out the world's troubles, disconnecting from community even social media; moving into self-soothing addictive behaviour: alcohol, gambling, partying, too much tv watching...
Taking a "breath, a time out, when feeling overwhelmed is healthy but disconnecting for too long a time period, will result in the "snowball of problems" rolling down a steep hill increasing in size until it triggers and avalanche.
