Here's an interesting #GeoLoc problem.
Based upon my knowledge of the terrain, I am going say this U-2 pic was taken over western Missouri, east of KC. And the plane was heading esst. If this is correct, it was probably near noon CST.
tt was a totally clear day over Missouri on 2023-02-03 when I could see it from NE of Washington, Missouri. Albeit, not this clearly.
