You know, as I think back upon my youth, I realize that the TV show I watched at the youngest age probably was the one that most prepared me for adult reality: Scooby Doo.
Yes, I'm serious.
Think about it. Every episode ended with the real monster being a greedy capitalist, just like real life. They are the real monsters, and Hanna Barbara was trying to ingrain that into kids so we wouldn't end up like them, and I'm glad they did.
What puzzles me is the kids who ended up copying the baddies.

@killick @scrummy they are getting so hard to find, but 100% old-school cotton jeans are the best. i am not a fan of that spandex/plastic feel in those stretch jeans. Even Levi's are not what they used to be (thinner/cheaply made now), but those have been my go-to for decades. Track pants? So lazy, so terrible. Levi's may be "Old Man Pants" but i'll take 'em. #GenXers
