I was teaching in our session of our MRC HGU graduate course about applications of technology, potential & limitations of for on Monday- this excellent by @urnov perfectly argued current to applying revolutionary treatments because the regulatory, ethical and financial frameworks are moving slower than the tech- not for the benefit of patients.
