The Alliance is now running on a couple of updated genome assemblies: GRCz12tu (Zebrafish, ZFIN) and GRCr8 (Rat, RGD).
This features assemblies end-to-end, and includes variant coordinates, VEP transcript annotations, sequence panels, and JBrowse tracks.
