Musical Interlude: Driving home today, I was cut off multiple times by people impulsively changing lanes with only a millimeter to spare between them and me...and this oldie came to mind...
"Why Don't You People Learn to Drive?" performed by Gene Vincent.

This is probably my favorite Gene Vincent video clip, with his Clapper Boys (almost) stealing the show:
Gene Vincent & the Blue Caps: Baby Blue (1958, from the movie "Hot Rod Gang")
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0AFF1WnagUI've always liked the record, too, and it's one of the more often played 45s in my collection.
Gene Vincent visited Finland in 1964, being the first of the major 1950s rock'n'roll stars to do so. But even though he made a good impression on those who were lucky enough to see one of his two performances, I doubt that they were nowhere near as ecstatic as this one.

That’s a thing, right? Just using it as an opportunity to show off my favorite heavy metal rockabilly shirt, complete with ünnëcëssäry umlauts. 😌
