after nearly a year of waiting i have finally been diagnosed with #fibromalgya. another result of surviving systems of oppression, exploitation & abuse since birth, with no one batting an eyelid whilst only ever getting the message that it's my own fault, i need to change my lifestyle, i am probably overreacting, making it up, exaggerating & just fucking lazy..

tonight i am honouring my ancestors, & in particular tante (aunt) grarda, my granddad's sister, who lived her whole adult life in an asylum like this. i don't know why.
