Hey just saying - being successfully treated for anxiety has given me the power to go through all my doom-boxes! is this fueled by the need to list the house this week? Maybe. But its just an annoying task i can' tput off instead of a stressful one "what if i trash the wrong thing?!"

My new obsession is trying to learn the distinction between #GeneralAnxietyDisorder and #OCD created anxiety through Intrusive thoughts and replaying memories till inducing a state of #Anxiety
I cant see much of a difference except in the cause I have a dedicated anxiety med and two meds that also can help with anxiety and it is my main symptom.
My doctors even said they would change my diagnosis to general anxiety if I had a conviction I had it, though that may be a reaction to my ocd...

I recently went to have an #ADHD assessment done, and the Psychiatrist formally diagnosed me with #GeneralAnxietyDisorder (GAD) instead, which I alresdy knew I had.
I already take 90mg a day of Cymbalta (duloxetine) for #DiabeticNeuropathy #Depression & Anxiety. I was also prescribed Divalproex sodium. GAD is off-label for Divalproex, but it seems like it has benefited some folks.
I'm apprehensive and nervous about side effects.
