Truly having a hard time with my spouse. Sometimes I feel so tense in their presence. They have #GAD / #GeneralAnxietyDisorder and #OCD and they regularly introduce so much stress into mundane daily life. Life shouldn’t feel so hard. Life actually isn’t so hard.
I feel a lot of grief about how unnecessarily negative our daily life is.

CW: Mental health, general anxiety disorder
I recently went to have an #ADHD assessment done, and the Psychiatrist formally diagnosed me with #GeneralAnxietyDisorder (GAD) instead, which I alresdy knew I had.
I already take 90mg a day of Cymbalta (duloxetine) for #DiabeticNeuropathy #Depression & Anxiety. I was also prescribed Divalproex sodium. GAD is off-label for Divalproex, but it seems like it has benefited some folks.
I'm apprehensive and nervous about side effects.
