I'm a delight #MentalHealth wise. I have #bipolar 1, #adhd, #clinicaldepression, #BPD, and #generalanxiety. I used to write /heavily/ on my disorders at my old blog and on the bird site, but once, after decades of trial and error, I'm finally stabilized and have been for the last few years.

That trial and error has a lot to do with how insurance companies. My diagnosis appointment was nearly $2K USD out of pocket. Who has that kind of money sitting around?

I have #bipolar with #hypomania, #adhd, #generalanxiety, and #clinicaldepression. It's important to me that books where the MC, or someone in the book, has #mentalillness it's treated with respect and compassion.
