    Det finns väldigt många sjukdomar som drabbar oss människor mer och mer när vi blir äldre som alla har starka bidra från hur vi lever våra liv. Livsstil har med andra ord en betydande inverkan.

    Jag var med på Nyhetsmorgon tidigare idag och då tog jag bland annat upp hur stor skillnad det är i träningsresultat för olika personer med exakt samma träning.

    Då nämnde jag en studie där man hade fått ~400 personer att utföra precis samma träning för att undersöka skillnaden i resultat mellan olika personer.
