#GCSE results today and my son has got into sixth form college, wooo 🎉
Amid a mixed bag of results his best was English Language, in which he got a distinction for the spoken element. It's hilarious really as the one thing everyone would say about Max is that he never stops talking so at least it's paid off 😄

Son’s just got his #GCSE results and passed all 8 subjects!
I realise this is of at most minor interest to everyone else, but I still want to share it. 😄

Must prise myself out of bed. This is one of our new 'no need to get up early to drive a child to school' mid-#GCSE days and very welcome they are too when they coincide with my days off. Just exams on Friday and Monday to go and then we're freeeeeeeeeee!

My partner is currently fighting the crazy world of AQA GCSE past papers for English Language for her daughter. All the papers are incomplete for ‘copyright reasons’ — the passages and pictures on which the questions are based are mostly missing.
How is this farce acceptable?
