Ricordo dagli anni della guerra fredda un'iniziativa (mi sembra citata dal War Resistors' International) volta a favorire una forma di pace dal basso. Cittadini dei due blocchi si scambiavano per posta dei "trattati di pace personali" nei quali dichiaravano la pace tra di loro e si promettevano reciprocamente di non attccarsi.

"non so come la pensi, non mi interessa di che eligione sei, mi impegno a non aggredirti". Alla faccia dei politici.
