  1. During the #GazaDeal #GazaPier I posted extensively about the day to day violations of the Israeli's to this ceasefire.

I thank many of the Ukrainian supporters in the comments and echo the usefulness of documenting and talking broadly about the realities of these conflicts.

Fedi is an incredible tool to this end and grows stronger with each new instance.

  2. Remember the failed Gaza "aid" pier?

You know, the one that fell the fuck apart after only a couple weeks, killed at least one sailor, sunk 2-3 boats, another caught fire, costing over $100M in resources and delivering far less in aid.

    Yea that one.

Turns out no one wants to work for those war criminals(Military Sealift Command) and now they're more severely short staffed than they've been in a generation.

  3. The Gaza Pier is back in the news with the very disappointing and disgusting development of yet another Black American military member dying in vein supporting Israel's genocide of Palestinians.

In May 23-year-old Sgt. Quandarius Davon Stanley was seriously injured while assisting in transport of the anemic amount of aid delivered by the US Gaza pier. He had been hospitalized ever since and passed away this weekend from those injuries.

  4. The $300M scam of #GenocideJoe: The U.S. announces the Gaza "aid pier" mission is complete after delivering only one day's worth of food to the strip

The #Pentagon announced the "completion" of the $230 million (not including the repair) pier mission two months after its launch. At a news briefing yesterday, Navy Vice Admiral Brad Cooper, deputy commander of US Central Command ( #CENTCOM), stated,

"The maritime surge mission involving the pier is complete. Therefore, there's no further need to use the pier."

Due to the #UN halting its operations after the Nuseirat camp massacre on June 8, hardly any aid delivered through the US-built pier reached the starving Palestinians in Gaza. Reports suggest that only one day's worth of food was delivered.

  5. One of the ex-military YouTubers who was very excited about this pier operation early on is now eating a ton of humble pie as he now details exactly how inefficient and wasteful the Gaza pier operation was.

This definitely is his most honest review of this doomed project and worth the watch if you're curious about all the details.

He finally says the obvious and suggests just trucking aid from Egypt into Gaza.

  6. Just 11 hours ago US military officials were proudly proclaiming to the media that aid would soon flow from the US pier. They -just- reattached it last night.

I'm still fact checking the ports involvement in today's massacre but this is awfully curious timing 🧐

  7. #GazaPier repaired, #US to resume #aid, #Pentagon says

US & #Israel reattached a floating pier to the #Gaza coastline Fri, ofcls said, as the #UnitedStates prepares to resume #humanitarian ops.
Vice Adm Brad Cooper, a snr US military officer overseeing the mission, said deliveries of food & other badly needed supplies will begin “in coming days.” The first will include 500k pounds of aid, w/thousands of tons more in the pipeline behind it.

  8. So let me get this straight, Genocide Joe's Genocide Port which cost one third of a billion dollars ($320M to be exact) it both does not deliver as much aid as a single over land crossing AND it's falling apart in ordinary storms?

  9. One thing Israel and America have in common is this love of the bulldozer. It is amazing how much diesel fuel and steel we put into blasting solid objects and then pushing the rubble around. There is no native landscape, no indigenous people that is safe from the settler colonial blade.
The Gaza strip was once a beautiful and productive place, the oranges grown there sold throughout the world.
The Americans and the Zionists are brothers in the crimes of dispossession.
They call it progress, improving the land, inheriting the land from the savages and the beasts, or to use the modern label, terrorists; justifying disposession with myths of promised lands. Or so they dignify it in their own minds. In the Americas, in the Indies and Australia now in Falastin. They came in an pushed everything they didn't like out. The richness of the land was coveted and then stolen from brown native people for greedy white European people like the Jerod Kushners of the ages. Then the luxury seaside villas for elites go up, the sea shore that was once owned and enjoyed in common by everyone is privatized, the others are pushed into the desert to eek out and existence out of sight of the golf links. Gentrification via genocide. But where there is slaughter and starvation there is resistance. People defending the land they love in the ruins.
