Na mijn #gastric-bypass nog maar enkel vegetarisch. Wel een eitje en kwark. Mijn kookboeken..

7 dagen verder. 2,5 kilo afgevallen. Nog 2,5 kilo tot #gastric #bypass operatie. Doel was 5 kilo. Nog 7 dagen te gaan. 22 december is de dag dat ik 4/5 maag ga laten afstoten. En anderhalve meter dunne darm. Daarna 2 weken lang gepureerd voedsel. 100 gram. Ik heb daar al mooie ideeën over voor eerste kerstdag: 33 gram zalmnotenmousse, 33 gram artisjok/spinaziemousse en 33 gram kwarkmousse met kaneel en kers. Mooi vormgegeven op een te groot bord en wat druppeltjes zoete frambozen balsemicoazijn.
