Die #Bundesregierung nutzt den #Klima- und #Transformationsfonds zunehmend für Ausgaben, die nicht direkt dem #Klimaschutz dienen.
Statt gezielter #Investitionen fließt das Geld etwa in #Strompreis- und #Gaspreis-Entlastungen.
Private Haushalte zahlen deutlich mehr in den Fonds ein als sie zurückerhalten. Dadurch bleibt das klimasoziale Potenzial des Fonds bislang ungenutzt.
