Un disco irrepetible, porque lamentablemente ambos murieron demasiado temprano. Ambos hondureños, los dos tenían un enorme respeto por la cultura garífuna. En el disco podrán escuchar un caracol, instrumento característico de esta música.
En el disco se incluye Santo Negro, una pieza garífuna, cantada en ese idioma por Aurelio Martínez, un artista muy reconocido de ese grupo étnico. El pueblo garífuna es: "descendiente de africanos y pueblos originarios caribes y arahuacos de varias regiones del Caribe, que principalmente reside en Honduras y Guatemala" (Wikipedia).
La canción El Encarguito menciona casi todas las delicias centroamericanas que alguien que está en Estados Unidos quisiera recibir cuando alguien visita. "Ojalá pase en la aduana", cabra Guillermo, sabiendo que no, en la aduana no dejan pasar empanadas de loroco ni seis baleadas.
