Voici par ex. la phylo associée au Cadmium. C'est en fait un très vieux problème de santé publique. La branche principale porte sur l'atteinte au foi et aux reins et démarre dès 1978 (en fait probablement bien avant mais nous manquons de données). De nombreux départs de branche ensuite.

J'aimerais monter des ateliers de cartographie collective #GarganText @iscpif.bsky.social en commençant par affiner cette carte #Cadmium.

et j'ajoute une image obtenue en récupérant 1000 preprints d'arxiv.org sur#chatgpt, récupéré grâce à arxiv.py (#arxiv)(https://pypi.org/project/arxiv/). L'analyse vient de #gargantext mais je n'ai pas passé trop de temps à trier les mots...

Carte des 1000 concepts les plus centraux (au sens du page rank) dans la litterature systèmes complexes française (29k doc jusqu'en 2023). Carte #GarganText + #gephi avec distance d'ordre 1 (conditionnelle).

On voit clairement l'interdisciplinarité de cette discipline organisée autour des niveaux d'organisation du vivant : self-assembly, protein et tissus, auto-organisation & comportements collectifs, brain, social networks economics, ecosystems.
