I was caught in a rabbithole of making gantt charts from my tasks lists in obsidian. Saw some code snippets but eventually ended up coding on my own with a bit of chatgpt input sprinkled on top.

I have yet to see a #GanttChart in the field that wasn't total BS.

Wondering if the "advantage" of a #GanttChart is that it provides comfortable delusion.

Um unsere #Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen, habe ich ein #WBS und #GanttChart in unserer IT-Abteilung eingefuehrt.
#Problem - wie kann ich die #Mitarbeiter motivieren die Aufgaben in das WBS einzutragen ohne befehlen zu muessen? Oder andersherum gefragt, wie funktioniert das bei euch? Wer uebernimmt diese Aufgabe in der #Projektplanung ? Unsere #Firma ist keine IT-Firma, sondern Hersteller. Es git 32 Projekte mit 26 Mitarbeiter + Partner + Zeitarbeiter.
