@awesomeknight @mrkazoo all good. Don't let a limiting belief tell you what you can't do. Take it from a recovering ...something...I've lost 20kg in a year and half but the process is important. Mine was water fasting and exercise. So today is fast day until this eve. Then a nice but healthy dinner. Hard to think about the eventual goal. Easier to set goals for what you want to do just for the day and allow tomorrow to look after itself. ❤️ #ganbatte
