  6. @britown @eniko I think some of the confusion arises from anticipating a question like "Now that I've finished my game and released it on Itch.io for Windows and Linux, how do I port it to a platform that doesn't support OpenGL, or only supports some archaic version like 1.1?". I guess an "engine" abstracts over the differences among Vulkan, Metal, and DirectX 12. #GamePorting
