I've started working on a new #HeartsOfIron4 mod for playing as Ireland - or rather, the "dwarves" of Ireland. Basically, infantry equipment is *much* cheaper but less performant.

Many months ago, I was trying to mod Borderlands 2 on Linux.
It has been made easier with Steam Deck as most mod mangers offer Linux builds.I wish there was an all-in-one GUI software which handled mods for games. It would assist in installing mods for all kinds of games like how Minecraft’s third party launchers do.

It keeps causing some serious, game breaking glitch-outs, such as the inevitable consequences of your posse of followers mercilessly executing the captive settlers you just liberated from the Gunners

In a first for me regarding #gaming and #mods, or #gamemods, I've been treated to a bit of #evangelism.
I'm currently playing #falloutnv with the "VeryLastKiss's New New Vegas* and "The Someguy2000 Series" mod collections (found on #NexusMods), and one of these collections (not sure which) provides the file "The Bible.esp"...
What if it was "The Holy Q'ran.esp", or "Dianetics.esp"? Most of all, why did someone implement the #Skyrim book reader and split the bible into over 60 inventory items?

Have done code review on 36 mods as of this day. Mostly did it to pick up some coding skills, but also looked for certain words and specific scripting commands that shouldn't be there.
Some of them are easy to check as they only are game assets and item definition, but some others are REALLY complex with lots of multi part scripting that can be time consuming to look through.
I wonder if there are any others that do code reviews of gaming mods...
