Wasteful Capitalism. That's how I'd describe Nintendo's shitty, switchy Switch 2 game-key cards. They only exist to serve Big Corpo and Big Oil, certainly not the players.
On a planet ravaged by Global Warming and Climate Change, it's absolutely disgusting to produce something so useless.
If the eShop store goes down, the game(s) that you've purchased go down down... The toilet. Your game-key will only unlock the greed of corpo suits.

@wyatt @persephone I think the difference is that Nintendo Switch 2's "Game-Key Card" messaging encourages publishers to put the whole game in the day-one update. This differs from the original Nintendo Switch, where at least the first few chapters of the campaign must be playable from the Game Card alone.
