Welcome in! Have a seat, get comfortable, and prepare yourself to take a trip back in time.I would like to take you a time before the internet, before 3d graphics, before even the likes of Nintendo or Sega. A time when your options for virtual entertainment were limited to the few systems that connected to your television set (the Atari VCS (later renamed the 2600) and the Intellivison), a home computer (such as the Apple ii, Commodore PET / 64, or the Radio Shack TRS-80), or your local arcade, where you'd have to feed coins into machines by the fist-full.
That's right, the goal if this jam is to find a game from before the video game crash of 1983 and Nintendo's revitalizing of the market and recreate it today in your own way. Digging something out of the far reaches of obscurity and bringing it back to life today.

Recently released Quake Brutalist Jam III has 77 new maps plus new monsters, weapons and more -- it's designed to be played with Ironwail, a fork of GLQuake descendant QuakeSpasm (it also has native Linux support).
You'll need Quake from Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2310/Quake) or GOG (https://www.gog.com/en/game/quake_the_offering) to play these maps, and this Slipseer post (https://www.slipseer.com/index.php?resources/quake-brutalist-jam-iii.549) tells you how to download/install everything.

2) Preferably if it has less than 500 reviews on Steam
3) Would also love demos to be suggested (or Game Jams!)
