Galveston Crude Oil Leak

UPDATE: A crude oil leak at Marathon Petroleum Corp.'s Galveston Bay Refinery has closed part of a major road in Texas City. "This will probably go on for a while," Texas City emergency management coordinator Bruce Clawson said.
