Samsung has opened the beta program, and you can join the beta program through Samsung Members if your watch, your region, and your carrier is eligible. It’s expected to be available in both the US and Korea only, with Bluetooth and LTE versions being eligible for participation in the beta program, accordong to the rollout history.
