Anyone wouldn’t have a Galaxy Fold 5 or maybe 6 they would like to get off their hands. I’ll be interested in acquiring it. This is for research purposes of course…not switching to Android. No way.
Feel free to boost. Thx 🙏🏼

Well folks I’ve ditched my #GalaxyFold 4 for #iOS. Let’s see how that goes.
To be succinct (since I’m not known for that here LOL) there are features from iOS I miss like #Shortcuts, easy integration between apps. (Tangent: Shortcuts actually made me money by making it easy for me to track my mileage.)
Android has its flaws and I finally have become frustrated enough to come back to #Apple.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 gets the One UI 7 update!
We are excited to announce that starting from today, users can now download the One UI 7 update to their Galaxy Z Fold3 foldables as Samsung has finally released this exciting version of One UI. Your Galaxy has now become more powerful, amazing, and gorgeous as One UI 7 brings more powerful features and a redesigned appearance consisting of a simple, impactful, and emotive design.
Please note that this is the last time that we’re going to cover the rollout news for One UI 7 for new devices, except for the Galaxy A55 series because it was eligible for the beta program. After that, expect such news for three select devices only. Please refer to news sources, such as SamMobile and Sammy Fans, for more rollout news.
The firmware information states:
- Galaxy Z Fold3: KYD9
You can see the overview of what One UI 7 brings in the above linked article at the bottom section. Meanwhile, you can see a two-minute video trailer for One UI 7 highlighting its biggest features here.
To obtain the update, perform the following steps:
- Open the Settings app
- Navigate to Software Updates
- Tap on Download and Install
- Wait until you see One UI 7 at the top of the page, then tap on Download
- Wait for the download to complete, then tap on Install
After you perform the above steps, your foldable will be running One UI 7 based on Android 15, and you can enjoy its new features and with many improvements on place. This makes sure that your experience gets improved.
If you still didn’t get the update for your device, wait for a few days or a few weeks, then check for updates again. If you still see “Your software is up to date,” this means that the update didn’t reach your region yet.
Note that the update process may take 15 to 20 minutes, and this can vary from device to device. The download process may incur extra charges if you’re using the cellular network as the update size is around 5 GB, depending on the device, so we recommend downloading it through Wi-Fi. Never interrupt the update process in any way, or problems may occur. Make sure that your foldable gets charged before you initiate the installation process.

044: Letnja (zamalo) propast sveta

Had no idea that @trunksapp is optimised for large screens and has a perfect layouts for foldables. The layout is customizable as well. Multi-view and single-view! Had been using #TrunksApp on #Samsung #GalaxyS22 Ultra but moved to #GalaxyFold 5 and I'm in love with the whole experience!
-
Man. I really wanted this to be the year I get a Galaxy Fold (because I love editing photos and videos on my phone, and my S23 Ultra's stylus is so good for that but a larger screen would be welcome!), but you just know next year's 6 is going to be the one that takes a big leap in form factor and capability.
-
Do I know anyone who knows what magick incantations one needs to do to get all apps to use up the whole screen on #PixelFold? PWAs installed with Kiwi will use up the whole width in landscape mode, while PWAs installed with Lemur will not. I do t use a lot of native apps, but I find a lot of them won't use the whole width either. On the #GalaxyFold this was not an issue.
-
Squeeze a stylus silo into that Fold and I'm all yours. I can't live without the stylus now, it's too damn useful with my S23U. And no thanks to any suggestions of getting the fat stylus case!
