I am (slowly) moving from Debian to Devuan for all the obvious and well-documented problems with systemd. No need to recite that stuff in detail.
Observing that Ubuntu is going all-in on autoslop, and being able to connect the dots and project into the future, moving from Ubuntu to literally anything else (that isn't on the same problematic path) is also pretty darn obvious.
But throwing up a nihilist hypothetical strawman to try to convince others it's not worth trying to fix problems? That is GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY LIFE territory. Plonk.

Systems devalue many types of people and skill so even others wanted they can't find word.

People are losing value as people / individuals themselves because now systems are more weighted according to what those controllers and "system" wants (doesn't want).
What systems don't provide (like diversity) means it's not just about your skills but if system and people want it.

I have tried to switch from white-on-black xterms to black-on-white, since it's told to be a less strain on the eyes, but it's kind of impossible due to everyone defaulting their color schemes on WoB. It feels like a hopeless fight.
Otherwise it's really eye-soothing, but it's definitely not mind soothing the guy need to reconfigure everyfuckingthing. -

No actual crickets were harmed in the making of this video. Although they stopped chirping pretty quickly (it was -5 °C outside, and these stop at 10 °C) they soon warmed up and started chirping again when I took them back inside
