The Furality Community Showcase was finally released on Youtube and even though I already watched it two times at the con I will still watch it in full again. It's my favorite part of Furality every year because I just love the creativity and the diversity of the entries in there and it makes me emotional every time in some way. Surprisingly managed to stream capture all of the DJs who performed at #Furality in #ClubFYNN.
I probably also captured all of their stage control streams, too.
I’ll get this uploaded to archive.org soon enough. Then I can free up almost a terabyte :3
A fun project might be to write something to let you play back the stage control videos in a browser. I would need the DMX patch list though … and some idea of how the screens are controlled using DMX, because it’s very sophisticated.

The #Furality convention was cool! I was not much of a social butterfly, but I had fun and met a few new folks. There was so much creative and technical talent on display from everyone running the production.
My PC and network were not as prepared as I had hoped, though. 🫠

Finally got around to see the fireworks show at Furality, so that's a wrap for Furality for me this year. It was so much fun with so many nice people I've met and talked to. Here are some pictures I took from the fireworks show.

- showcased my pole dancing skills to crowds and made a huge leap in my abilities, the confidence i'm getting from performing is incredibleso i've just sent an application to become part of the team of dancers in a VRChat dance venue, with weekly events where i can perform (if they accept me)

It was interesting but we hardly got to experience most of it due to the delays and technical issues. It was okay. 🤷♀️ Idk if we're returning next year or not, we'll see. But we loved the fireworks! It was pretty!

Good Quality of Life choices this year at Furality, like running doubles of all the meets 12 hours apart to make it easier to attend for other people.
I appreciate the community meets running for 24 hours after but they were all dead after 2. They could/should do the same as with the main meetups and run one every 12 hours instead.
Theming missed completely for me. I think they're better off sticking with broader concepts - let people get imaginative. Most people I spoke to said they had no idea how to theme their avatars this year.
Hub world was nice, but maybe too big. Same with the dealers den - I have spent a couple hours there and have definitely not seen everything...
Never gonna find those final 3 birds...
