I've got an issue with #tailscale I have used a funnel for linkwarden do be able to reach it from outside my LAN without having e.g. cloudflare. It has worked flawlessly but a couple of days ago it stopped working. I first thought it was a firefox thing, but I have tried it with chromium and it does'nt solve the problem.
I can ping the service (a docker container) and get answer back - but the TLS handshake fails. Anyone that has had the same problem and has a solution?

I love #Tailscale, but their #Funnel product ist a very buggy piece of crap.

Mennyire örülök annak, hogy rájöttem arra, hogy létezik egy self host #Cloudflare #Tunnel alternatíva a #Pangolin formájában.

A bár, publikus IP-vel rendelkező, mégis ki nem nyitható routerem esetén, meg úgy biztonsági szempontból is sokkal kényelmesebb.

Igaz, ehhez kell bérelnem egy VPS-t a #Vultr szolgáltatónál (nekem ez vált be már sok-sok éve, de gateway átjáróként használható, olcsóbb alternatívát szívesen fogadok), ami évi 60 eurómba kerül, de legalább a szerverem kimegy, a kapcsolatok nem arra érkeznek közvetlenül, hanem a VPS-re. Szóval... Minden oké.

És a #Tailscale #Funnel szolgáltatásával sem kell szórakoznom, ami vagy tűrhető sávszéllel volt, vagy nem, és a hozzá tartozó domaint soha nem tudtam megjegyezni normálisan, annak ellenére, hogy minden szolgáltatásomhoz volt egy #sidecar megoldásként alkalmazott TS konténer is.

De, legalább így ki tud menni a #JellyFin is és a #Nextcloud is a világba, és nem kell félnem attól, hogy a CF előszed a #ToS megsértése miatt.

Once I'm comfortable with the basics of using tailscale. I'll probably try the netbird thing maybe in future.
Next thing I'm gonna try the serve, funnel features. So maybe at the end, I want a funnel connection to caddy (using podman) in my PC and act as a reverse proxy to a simple hello world program running in multiple nodes in my tailnet😄

I'm trying to figure out how #tailscale funnels work. I have two different docker containers on the same machine running on different ports. I have one up and running and that works fine. I finally got around to reading #SailorsOnTheStarlessSea and I am entertaining the idea of running it as a funnel, as written. Not with DCC, but probably my own lightweight heartbreaker.

I'm trying to get my head around what the combat with beastmen would be like. Large numbers of NPCs I'm used to, but as written we're expecting a dozen PCs as well. Unless you're just expecting each player to say "I hit it my axe" umpteen times it feels like it would take ages.

Last night's #CERN #Games Club event for the #RPG curious was a great success!

We had seven tables running various games including #DnD, #BladesInTheDark, #BladeRunner and #IntoTheOdd. Three of the GMs were from #SwissRPG. I didn't count exactly but I think we had about 50 participants, with around 25% coming from outside CERN.

I ran the #DCC #funnel "Underneath the Well of Brass". 8 players, 2 characters each, mortality rate was about 50%.
