  6. Going to add on some gymnastic rings after the barbell class tonight. A little bit of extra spice and instability. Doing a circuit and keeping rest times down

    Pull ups
    Dips
    Rows

    As I'm working on more core (in) stability strength for pole I've been doing hanging knee raises a few times. So I'll be adding that. And to balance it starting L-Sits as well.

    Some other excerices to try?
