  10. So, broadband provider (Sky - don't ask, I know...) has sent a text saying that an engineer will call to install #FullFibre later this month. No number to call if it's inconvenient.

    Tried to call them today. After 5 attempts when the 'bot' cdn't understand "cancel engineer", "cancel appointment" and several other alternatives I gave up. Tried online, again only a bot available and couldn't understand the phrases I used.

    When the contract ends, that's it. I've had enough! GAH!

    I had yet another 4G outage, from Three, that lasted for nearly a week. I'm hoping the Full Fibre service is going to be much more reliable.

    Installation should be happening sometime next week. We'll see if that goes smoothly.

  23. Just got an email from BT Openreach (did I ask for notifications when we moved here 5 years ago?) saying they're rolling out full fibre (Openreach are literally round the corner from me).
    Sorry BT but other firms have ready given us full fibre so jog on. #Broadband #Scotland #UK #Internet #FullFibre
