I mean... we all knew this was going to be his response, right? Again: individual Dems are doing things, but the party itself is rudderless. Scattershot and scatterbrained. They CANNOT be relied on to mount any kind of meaningful, organized resistance. At least, not until the party's leadership (made up largely of complicit corporatists) is removed.

@dannotdaniel @heidilifeldman -- He successfully enabled Trump to keep doing what he's doing while the Dems try to slow-walk it.
He should have stopped the government so that Trump can make it as bad as he can make it as fast as he can make it so that this can be fixed with a Democratic Congress in the 2026 elections.
Slow-walking this only extends the pain and only allows the changes to be around longer to make it harder to repair.
