Been having attacks every four days now. There are a million trigger factors for it, but lately I've suspected this weather, it's damp and rainy.
While writing this, it intensifies... Gotta stop for today and just sleep... #Migraine

Going to bed with the start of a pain that is clearly going to be 11× worse upon waking is shit for a few reasons, but today will feel about 60 hours long as a result of the bad sleep that I managed last night. The right side of my head feels like it’s on fire, yet simultaneously submerged deep under water. All because of a change in the weather.
Barometric pressure is a wanker and doesn’t have any friends. Pass it on.

Felt weird all day yesterday. Checked the weather for today: no rain. Migraine wiped me out during the evening. Woke up to find the pain had increased × 5. Checked the weather app: no rain scheduled. Staggered around the house super early, fed cat, took drugs (migraine variety), fixed coffee, arrived at desk. It started raining.
Migraine superpower. ⛈️
