#writerscoffeeclub What's your writing routine? If you have one.

I get a piece of an idea. I think about it for about 6 months. I run scenes in my head over and over, making changes. I add characters and watch them. Then, when I can't wait another moment, I start writing. Mornings and afternoons. Coffee houses if I feel like going outside. This goes on for about 6 weeks for a 90 page play. Most recently four months for 800 pages. Then I collapsed.
