🤫 I got this recipe from someone whose mom got it from an employee some years ago. I can't vouch that it's the actual exact same recipe they use or not.
Ft Wayne Coney Island Chili Dog Sauce Recipe:
3 tbsp lard
1 onion chopped and sauted
3lb hamburger browned and drained
14 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp allspice
80 Oz tomato sauce
1/2 lb lard
12 cup boiling waterSimmer for one hour
